Practice 10.13.10

We had a full house for practice tonight: Carey, Carolyn, Duane, Jared, Jeff, Joel, Lisa, Sheila and Travis were present.

We practiced: Our God is Greater, Sanctuary, Here With Me, Revelation Song, and God With Us.

Our next date to lead worship is at 2pm, November 13 at Living Hope Christian Fellowship which meets at United Methodist Church in Champlin.

Practice September 30

Sorry I didn't remember to blog this earlier on--once I got back from practice last Thursday night, I was already geared to preparing for the Polar Sling, the henna conference I attended all weekend. Once I got back it was time to get in gear for the week and all that entails around here. Plus Emmett has had a cold, he's really cranky and needy and going through the tissues right now!

At any rate, on September 30, the band members in attendance were Travis, Sheila, Jeff, Jared and myself. We worked on the following songs: It Is You, Here With Me, Our God Is Greater, Cry Out to Jesus and City On Our Knees (in extremely small print :). The song, Reign In Us by Starfield was suggested as one to work on soon.



We had yummy pumpkin scones with cranberry sauce and a fresh salad, and a pleasant evening together.
